TENTE International GmbH situated in Cologne – Holding of the largest European manufacturer for casters and wheels – founded effective July 2, 2007 a subsidiary in Japan.

The sales subsidiary is situated in a suburb of Tokyo. For the moment three employees will develop the Japanese market from this location.

TENTE now holds 2 subsidiaries in Asia: China and Japan. "Our interest in Japan is a growth investment for the future. In regards to personnel costs and office rent etc. Japan is immensely expensive.", explains Peter Fricke, Managing Partner of TENTE International GmbH. "We see good chances to be successful with our medical products which are mostly developed and manufactured in Germany. The highly demanding medical market in Japan is well-known for its high quality standards."
